One phone. Two jobs.
Terms of Service
Terms of Service. Turn the phone you already own into a wireless speaker and microphone for your Mac or Linux computer.
Effective date: 2026-08-03
These terms form an agreement between you and Devculi for your use of CastSound.
License
Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use CastSound on supported devices that you own or control. CastSound is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
Restrictions and acceptable use
Except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction, you must not copy, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to discover source code or underlying ideas, bypass technical protections, remove proprietary notices, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit CastSound.
You must not use CastSound to access a device or network without authorization; intercept communications without consent; transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious material; disrupt the service or another system; test vulnerabilities without written permission; evade usage limits; or help another person do any of these things.
Ownership and third-party components
CastSound, its branding, interfaces, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own license terms, which control if they conflict with these terms for that component.
Purchases
Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Store purchases, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds are also governed by the store that processed the payment. The configured offer is CastSound Lifetime: $14.99 One-time purchase.
Availability and updates
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, platform support, or availability. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued operation. You are responsible for compatible devices, network access, backups, and charges from your network or platform provider.
Suspension and termination
Your license ends if you materially breach these terms. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect CastSound, users, third parties, or the law. On termination, stop using and delete copies of CastSound, except components you may retain under separate open-source licenses.
Warranty and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastSound is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation. Audio connections can be affected by devices, networks, operating systems, and third-party software outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or service interruption arising from CastSound. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for CastSound during the twelve months before the event or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Changes, severability, and governing law
We may update these terms for legal, security, or product reasons and will provide notice when required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
